PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I purchased x9 packets of cherubs wetwipes, it clearly stated it was R49.99 for 3 packets, the price read so (3*72 wipes for R49.99). The staff obviously opened the wipes and packed it individually, so when tallying up it was scanning R49.99 each, i told the cashier, she told me the deduction should show at the end. It didnt so she called the manager "Tkatki" she was rude and expected me to pay R49.99 a packet, i refused to, she left me waiting for 45min at the till. When i said to leave the wipes and tally my other products, i told her i will report her, she than deleted my entire order and said she will not help me! The very patient cashier tal**** my items again and i left. As i left she sinically laughed at my face and waved bye humiliating me! I happen to have studied customer service, what happened to the golden rule, of the customer is always right!!!!!!!!!!!
