Northam Choppies pathetic till service

I must admit that choppies northam has the worst service ever. The cashier was extremely rude. She ringed up my items and I paid. She then started to help the customer with my items still left there without even helping to pack it (is don't know why they don't have till packers ) I asked her to assist me ,she then throws everything into one plastic bag like washing powder,toilet bleach mixing it with cakes and bread (food items).I was extremely upset and I requested her to not do that. She responded with such attitude and swore at me in setswana thinking I did not understand and continued to help the next customer. I told the supervisor (an Indian man) and he said he apologises and offered to help me pack. He still did not tell his employee for being so rude and swearing at me in setswana when I requested an apology. This is not the 1st time northam residents have complained about pathetic service.
