Choppies ***** and poor managing service
<p>7 Jan 2017 sat I made a card payment at Choppies hyper wall street mall Rustenburg , the card machine gave a time out error message what seem to me as a connection error so I paid cash. When I got home went on my bank and saw that the money is out my account. I visit the store 4 times this week and spend hours to listen to reasons why they cant pay back my money. The manager say he wil call me back, but after 1 day still no call. When I go in store to speak to the manager he have no answers and turn his back on me while I speak to him. Absolut no customer service. Today is friday the 13th (6days) and I am curentley in store for more than 2 hours and still no answers. Lets fight bad customer service and stop buying at Choppies.</p>
