Bad service from Choppies in Bronkhorstspruit

Just witness something bad @ Choppies in Bronkhorstspruit the was lady who was bid old ( pensioner ) who was standing a long queue outside the shop I went in front to ask the manager if possible can the lady go inside without standing the queue becoz the queue was bit long , the was 2 security quarts refuse to call the manger telling the old lady that : the manger is too busy to attend this so everybody must stand the queue regardless are old or young you are .
