bad service

I was at choppies earlier on today to buy some fruits so as I went to go pay I noticed out of all the available tills only 2 till points were operating. the nearest till it was busy so I walked to the next one which was empty . I greeted and received no response back Virginia was speaking to her colleagues that were near till behind her . I stood there for a good 7 minutes maybe 10 with no idea what was going on m still being ignored by this teller whom at that time I was supposed to be a priority to she was still speaking to her colleagues as though I was not waiting to be serviced for a long period.. I then walked off back to the first till where I was well serviced ... Virginia needs to learn to prioritise customers that are in her presence during working hours .. time wasted is time never gain that woman wasted my time of which could've been put into constructive tasks rather than waiting for Virginia to service me when she sees fit... I am very unhappy and unpleased with this behaviour accompanied by horrible service ....
