Bad service

My aunt went to Choppies secunda on the 3/8/18 around 10:30am she was on lunch from her job (pick and pay) after returning to her job she noticed she did not have her phone with her so she went back to Choppies and told them she lost her phone inside the shop and asked the lady which they said she is the manager(not having name tags) if she could play back the cctv footage to trace her movement inside the shop she refused telling her the cctv is disconnected and not working.My question is why run such a shop without cctv or maybe it was working just that she did not want to help.
