Bad attitude and unprofessional staff.

So on the 17.06.19 I went to choppies diepsloot with colleagues, our intentions were to buy wors and liver to braai at the facility and eat since we stay around the area and are loyal customers, upon purchase there was no liver so we then bought it at roots which is next door, went back to choppies for more shopping and wors then it started when we got to the braai area. One of the security guards came and tossed out meat on the floor saying we will not braai our meat at the facility,when I went in to query about it I found a phenyo plus some other lady who had no name tag on scrolling through the internet at the reception desk, I told them the situation and they blatantly told me I should only braai wors there since the liver wasn't from them,so I asked since choppies doesn't have liver and I bought wors and steak where must i go do it he then said he doesn't care and that Ofentse and the staff that work at the butchery complain about us customers buying and braaing at the facilities since they have to clean the grills and it's too much work for them. My question to management is how do you build a braai facility then select who goes in and who doesn't because I found the security having the time of his life with his friends with food they bought from across the street whereas I bought meat and was denied access, even the grills got shut when we entered just because we had liver for R50 and I bought meat for R200 from your choppies and still denied access, I seek compensation as I am a loyal customer of choppies I literally stay five minutes away. There was no manager in site I waited well over an hour to resolve this but no one came.
