Worse experience ever

Do not call George with any questions I promise you, George is probably one of the worse people I have come across in the service industry. I called him wanting clarification relating to his weekly bin emptying services and got nothing but screams, insults, and Instant cancellation of service. I could not even reach the end of my sentences before he shut the phone and came to collect his bin yelling and pointing without saying a word to me directly. All I wanted was upfront clear communication but it was too much instead he shouted over the phone that i wanted free services and that his men have done their job, that I’m a **** and that I’m the problem when he could have spoke sensibly to reach an amicable solution. I guess common sense is not all that common, the worse part is when he started shouting in Zulu as if speaking an African language excuses blatant ******. Please I urge u all to not confront him ever as I fear his reaction if confronted by women or children.
