Chop Chop Tree Felling bad service

I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anybody. There were a few trees that had to be cut down on the property, I made use of Chop Chop tree felling as they said they are fully insured should any thing go wrong. Jolene the owner the morning while they were still busy suddenly demanded the full payment and a immediate bank payment. As this was not the agreement I paid half the money immediately. A branch fell on a razor wire and damaged it beyond repair, Jolene and her team deemed it okay to just pull it straight and refused to replace it. They also demanded the full payment the end of the day which I did unfortunately paid before the razor wire were fixed.
