Wrong orders, theft and bad customer service

I understand that they also operate as "Full of Beans Baby and Kids Boutique" in Benoni, Johannesburg. I wasn't going to wrote this review as it was over a year ago, but upon coming across their instagram page again I saw they are till operating this way and lying to clients and not refunding people! Which is pure theft!

I have been trying to contact Lauren Dent or Jenna or another person within Choocha for some time now. I placed an order on the 22nd of September 2017 and when the dummies arrived on the 10th of October 2017 they were all wrong (colour, font and sizes all wrong). I spoke to a lady on number: ********** 488. She was very friendly assured me the correct ones would be sent on Friday the 13th of October 2017 . But they never came. I emailed ********** on Monday the 16th of October and never got a response. I then called ********** 488 again on Wednesday 18th of October 2017 and the friendly lady I spoke to looked up the order and assured me they would arrive the next day (Thursday the 19th of October 2017 ) , but they never arrived, and also not the next day ?. When I called again on Friday the 20th of October 2017 she asked me to please rather call ********** 243. I tried a few times, but no one answered. So I WhatsApped that number. The person read my message (2 blue ticks) but never responded. I WhatsApped again yesterday and still no response. I cant seem to get through to anyone Order EVENTUALLY ARRIVED on November 3rd 2017.
