No Response to my order.

I will not be ordering from Choo cha again. Even though i have ordered 5 previous dummys. But all was good because I ordered them through Kids Emporium. They were efficient and I recieved my order when I was told I was goin to receive it. Now... My issue is with Choo Cha themselves. I've ordered a pacifier from them online months ago and still have not received anything. I tried calling no answer. Emailed.. but it keeps bouncing back. Whatsapped and just ignored. Until I mentioned Hello Peter I got a reply on wattsapp giving me a whole long story about systems being down and that they have my dummy it would b shipped out the next day. Now that was like 3 weeks ago. I'm still waiting. Tried contacting them again. Same no answer. Really pathetic service. Will not b using your company again.
