Worst experience ever

Saying that our stay here at Chongoene Holiday Resort was unpleasant, awful, and awkward would be an understatement. The worst experience ever. In 2023, a white person still gets away with calling a black person a '******'. The disrespect we encountered was nothing short of ****** and disgusting. As I'm typing this, I've just been told that we need to move because the chalet we are in is booked for a different group that's coming in today. This is after we arrived here on Friday and the initial chalet we paid for was already occupied by a group of 4 whites who threatened our lives. The management (Erika and Belinda) still sided with them so we were moved to a different chalet which we rejected because it didn't have the amenities we paid for. After a long argument with management over the phone, we were moved to the chalet we are in now-no internet, poor sea-view, still under construction, the door even locked us out yesterday. I was told that we might need to move again today by the barman just now, in passing. Had I not decided to come to the restaurant this morning, we probably would have only found out that we are being moved again at the very last second.
