VERY POOR SERVICE AND DEFINITELY NOT LEGIT

Please do not use them as they are shady. After one month my decoder packed up again and on calling Emmanuel he informed me his technicians will be back. On arriving they were so rude and tried to inform me that it was a human in the household that caused the problem and this happened between switching it off at night and switching it on the following morning. They were very rude. I had to get in a different certified installer and was then informed the parts that I paid for was not what was specified on their invoice and the parts that they replaced was second hand and brittle and all the wires was connected incorrectly. Tried to get hold of Emmanuel after this but to no avail. WHAT OUT FOR THESE GUYS.
