Totally Unreliable - DSTV Installer

Choice Satelite (yes they have a typo in their company name) has been absolutely useless! Been trying before the December holidays to get them to fix our DSTV.<br> <br> Tried again in January to get them back. Each day this guy promises to call me back and NEVER does. I have been calling him each day and finally, after a week he still says \he will have to get back to me"and can't say when"
