Special Number Plates

Choice Numbers is telling the public that they are not allowed to transfer Number plates for the public yet employees are doing it for their own benefits. Our Number plates are being transfered to certain individuals without our knowledge or proper documentation yet we as the public we are told that we can not transfer Number plates.
