Incompetence and laziness level 99999

I could drive from Ballito to PMB (which I've done twice) faster than it takes these guys to answer the phone. I waited forever for my personalised plate to get approved and after paying I get told I have to get them to release it. They don't answer phones or emails and I am very much fed up! They have one job, how can they be so ***********?!?
