FRUSTRATED

The most unreachable and unhelpful government department which has ever existed. Waiting on calls for more than 30 min at a time only to be transferred and then cut off. If you are lucky enough to reach someone they are useless with information. Trying over months to get an answer to no avail with no attitude of service to the public. This is frustration beyond frustration. If there was a negative rating this would be -100.
