Awaiting personalised number plate feedback and approval, whilst vehicle license is pending due to the incompetence of staff and management at choice numbers

App**** for personalised number plates on 18/10/2024 and still have not recieved a response as to whether the number plate is available or approved.... Continously calling in and there is no answer from any of the consultants, including the manager.....
