Unacceptable Workmanship & Evasive Conduct

I am deeply disappointed by the experience I’ve had with Choice Decisions and the associated teams responsible for work on my home. What should have been a sound, finished project has turned into a serious concern around structural integrity and health. Even worse has been the manipulative communication and complete refusal to accept accountability. Issues are brushed off, blame is shifted between parties, and email threads are conveniently restarted when legal representatives are included raising red flags about intent and transparency.

The emotional and financial toll this has taken is unacceptable. I would strongly urge others to avoid working with this company unless you’re willing to manage every step yourself and prepare for a fight should things go wrong.

I have documented everything and will continue to escalate this matter through all relevant industry bodies.
