Customers property destroyed at Chohans

Good day, my mum who is a regular at Chohans spice shop at Bluff towers had mistakenly left her new bank card there, when she got home she had realized and called the store, to ask they hold onto it until she comes to the bluff again, since the ladies there know her she didn't stress because she always visits that store when she goes to the bluff, today she went to pick the card up and was told by the ladies working there that someone incharge made them cut the card up, now mum who is a pensioner will have to go and make a new card! This card isn't even a month old, I understand it may not fast as they would like but they should have told her, she has a period in which to pick it up, before they destroy it! Because the workers know my mum very well, who ever this supervisor or manager is clearly did not! Very uncouth way of dealing with a pensioner customer who is a regular in your store!
