Pretentious and overpriced

<p>Chocolat cafe identifies as a quaint French styled cafe in Durbanville. The number of spelling errors on the menu suggests that they didn't even bother to check the correct spelling of the French items they serve. They are excessively overprices, with a cup of coffee with some chai spice will cost you a whopping R45. This was followed by a meagre excuse for a slice of cake (which sounded delicious, but was truly miniscule) for R55. A simple "coffee and cake" afternoon became a R200 extravagance for little satisfaction. Waiting staff were unfriendly.</p>
