Pathetic Service!!!

Very bad service after the finance has been approved. My finance was approved on 15 February. It is now 10 April and still I have not received my new license disc yet. When I follow up they say it will be done in time. The road worthy certificate expires in 60 days from issuing so at this pace the certificate is going to expire and the whole process has to start again. Service is pathetic!!
