Chocned - waste of time and money

Worst service I've ever received. If you want to buy or sell your car privately don't waste your time on Chocned. They will make promises they don't keep. Client service and satisfaction is not a priority. If you have a settlement amount that needs to be paid on a specific day they will not go out of their way to make sure its paid. They make you run around to get all the paperwork in order to speed up the process but after that they don't care to ensure that the payments get done. Their slogans on the website is just slogans nothing more, they don't live by it.

Don't waste your time using them for a private sale, they are pathetic
