Chocned vehicle finanace

I found a vehicle that I wanted to purchase from a private seller. My business bank Nedbank said the deal had to be facilitated by Chocned as it is a private seller. I said OK. For two weeks all I have been doing is signing and sending mounds of documents to Nedbank and Chocned. Nedbank approved the finance a week ago. I have heard nothing from Chocned other than emails requesting various documents which I have sent immediately. I have phoned Chocned numerous times and they don't ever answer their phones!!! The seller of the vehicle has lost patience and is about to walk away. Why request different documents daily over the course if a week or more? Just request them all at once. Answer your phone lines!
