CHOCNED POOR SERVICE

<p>I app**** for finance for a vehicle through nedbank, they use chocned to facilitate the process, after 3 weeks and having dealt with 3 different peaple, they are still asking for documents, some documents have been sent 3 times. they are slow, inefficient and incompetant, they have a very bad attitude. i have always financed my vehicles through MFC and it usually takes 2 - 3 days. very disappointing.</p> <p>Nedbank... up your game or you are going to lose customers because of these people!!!</p>
