Vehicle License Disc

I bought a secondhand car in December and still today I haven't received the Vehicle License Disc, they keep on giving me a temporal every 15 days. This is now irritating me, and I do not know what is really holding up and what is it that I need to do to get the disc of the car. I am not happy with the service from their sales Executive, Marius Weideman.
