Horrible service and competent work

I had my car towed in on the 15th Dec before going away for holidays. They told me the car gear box needed to be stripped. Later told me clutch needed to be replaced. Which I believe was done. I got the car end Jan, it came back with the white paint they use to write car details on windscreen and back window. The sticker on the windscreen where they fixed chips. The car was dirty with all the papers it had inside. I'm my 5 years with the car when I take it in for service, it comes back neat and clean. That is what you call service.. The car radio arial is gone, the bonnet stick holder is broken and no one said anything. As I write this right now my car is again being towed back to them after I did not start one morning 2 days ago. I thought it was a battery, road assist came and charged the battery only to find out it was not the case. Surely has something to do with the work that was done by "professionals". I'm so disappointed with the experience with this dealership.
