Ford Randburg: Shocking work and ********** customer service places family of 5 at risk

Shocking service and quality control everytime I go there. Sent my in for a routine service, including new spark plugs and a new globe for my front light on Friday. After I got it back, the workshop hadn't even connected the indicator back properly and it clearly hadn't been tested. A service advisor! had to reconnect this as the technicians had gone home. Then on our trip to KZN on Saturday, the car was showing symptoms of working on 3 cylinders instead of 4, such as running on reduced power as if driving with the hand break on. This issue is a fire risk and it put a family of 5 at risk on our long distance trip, whilst seriously inconveniencing us as we have 3 small kids and had to stop multiple times along the road. Then the traction control light came on and now the engine malfunction light is on. We are stuck in KZN. Yesterday's promise to call me back never materialized, and today it took 3 hours to call me back, after which I was told the service manager is on training and that they would call me back on Thursday to make arrangements despite that we are stuck without a car away from home. No apologies, all promises and trust broken and my car comes back in a worse condition than when I send it in, followed by excuses or ****y answers. No ownership taken of issues, and zero quality control! This last experience has been the cherry on top of consistently shocking quality control and bad customer service from CMH Kempster Ford Randburg and Sandton over the years. After they have resolved my issue and paid for towing of my car and resolution of all the problems down here in KZN, I have decided to sell my Ford and switch to a brand where customers are treated, well, as customers.
