Ford Mustang racing stripes

I bought a Ford Mustang with racing stripes from CMH Kempster Ford Randburg in 2019 and noticed towards the end of last year that the stripes were shrinking and wrinkling. I contacted them in December 2021 and the problem is not yet resolved 5 months later. The two people I’m dealing keep on referring me from one to the other.
