Feel-good new car handover experience

Yesterday I witnessed a colleague pick up a new Ranger from this dealership, and I was amazed at how much trouble they went to. From the covering on the vehicle, to the red ribbon, the music, the congratulatory sign, the alcohol-free bubbly and the comprehensive explanation of all the bells and whistles, this is how I'd want to feel when buying a car. Everyone in the dealership was so happy for my colleague, and all round, it was a really happy experience. Well done guys!
