Disappointing service

I am so disappointed with their service.We took our car in for routine service,it came back with new issues and when we took it back to complain they said they will check it but if they dot find its an issue they caused then we will have to pay for labour. Which did not make sense as we told them it was an issue we started experiencing after the routine service. With Ford being a respectable brand,they surely let them down.
