I bought a pre-owned car range rover sport v8 from CMH KEMPSTER RANDBURG on the 6th of March 2023. The very same day I bought it I accumulated an alternator problem when I told them the dealer principal was very rude telling me that he has been using the car for a while and it has never given him any problems but eventually they fixed it. Fast forward on the 6th of June the car just set ablaze (fire) while I was driving from work. I called them they gave me issues before taking the car in..

I went and spoke to the dealer principal peet. he was very rude and arrogant then he came back told me the car had a hole inthe block. While we were still on that I found out that they didn't do any 80point check onthe car and no 180check was done. And also went on to find that the car failed the road worthy test the very same day they gave it to me. Upon investigation I found out it was booked for road worthy in mpumalanga which it failed again but to my surprise onthe date the car was booked in mpumalanga it was already in my possession and I never to it to the test because I was not aware upon my investigation the the last road worthy was in 2021 and it failed.

Then the dealer principal called me and offered me another car yet failed to deliver because also that car he offered had problems. Till to date they refuse to pay me back my money he keeps saying they are still talking about it. Even called the head office and the guy I spoke to there was also rude heinie . I took the Matter to Ombudsman they were requested to produce documents till date they are failing to produce them. They got served with a letter of demand still failed to honor it they keep saying they will come back. Till now the matter can't be resolved u can't even pay for license disc's for my other cars.
