CMH Ford Randburg - Wrong diagnosis could have cost me money

I was hoping to avoid writing this review. I left messages for the dealer principle to contact me instead. Since the DP has chosen to not return my calls, I guess the only thing I can do is write a review here.

For a few months, my Everest has been giving me a Tyre pressure warning. However, the tyre pressures were fine. I took the car to CMH Randburg (after Fury William Nicole let me down) and they replaced one of the sensors. On my way home, I got the warning again. Took the car back. They said another sensor had failed due to Nitrogen in the tyres. They replaced it. A week later, I got the warning again. Took the car back. They said the other 2 sensors failed. Doubting their diagnosis, I took the car to Fury Woodmead. They tested the sensors in my presence. All tested as working. They re-programmed them and a week later - no issues. I tried to feedback to the DP at CMH but he/she has not bothered to call me back. I wonder now if there really was an issue with the sensors that were replaced. If I did not go for a second opinion, I would have been out of pocket for an additional 2 sensors that didn't need replacement.
