Rude Admin lady at the school

Lady at the school's office is so rude, I went there to enquire about registering a child, I was told that a lady called Sophie will assist me, I waited 20 minutes, and later when I spoke to her she was plain rude, asking me why am I only registering now what was I waiting for. I tried to explain to her the reason for late registration, she completely ignored me, so I kept asking what should I bring for them to register the child, she carried on talking to another staff member until I decided to leave the premises, without response.
