Chisty Transports

I got 3x 34 ton tipper trucks from Chisty Transports and requested for 2 drivers per truck. I paid in advance but on bringing the trucks for induction i only got one driver per truck. They explained to me about their shortage of drivers and i was convinced that the other drivers will show up in the 2 weeks period as told. We started work but could not fully deliver as the distance was too long for a single driver to&fro. Eventually we agreed that i can get other drivers from my connections, which i did. We had one truck driven by 2 of my drivers and when that truck got serious mechanical problems, Chisty Transport put the blame on mt drivers and was told that i should be the one to handle the huge costs of Spares and Repair, This was not in the contract i signed with them but because it was my drivers that wee handling that particular truck i was put in such a predicament.
