Chisty Transport Un-Professionalism

I believe it's crucial for the public to be aware of the challenges I encountered during my engagement with Chisty transport.

On 2nd February 2023, I hired 5 side tipper trucks and entered into a 6-month re-newable contract with Chisty Transport. Initially, I was quite pleased with the performance of the drivers and the overall service provided. However, the turning point came when a dispute arose between me and the field manager, Mr. Ndlovu. It seemed that after this disagreement, the drivers began to disregard my instructions and the level of professionalism I had initially experienced began to deteriorate. Communication with the management team became increasingly challenging, and my concerns were largely ignored.

To address the issue, I requested a change of drivers in the hope of improving the situation, but regrettably, this request was never fulfilled.

My most distressing experience with Chisty Transport was when, at the end of my initial six-month contract, the trucks were abruptly taken away, despite my having submitted a request for a one-year renewal. This left me in a precarious situation with no viable alternatives.

While the initial period of our contract was satisfactory, my experience with Chisty transport has been a bit disappointing, the breakdown in communication, refusal to address my concerns, and the abrupt termination of my contract have left me with a negative impression of their services.
