Unproffesional and pathetic sevice

I bought a voucher on groupon for a valentines special wanting to do something nice for my fiance.<br> <br> After about a week of trying to get a hold of the spa to make a booking and having no one answer the phone i finally sent them a facebook message and an email. The next day i received a message stating \sorry they were so busy and there was no one to answer the phone, and that they would phone me back\".<br> <br> Another day went by and still no call, eventually i sent them another message and finally got a call.<br> They said they were fully booked until end of April to which i asked how we will be going about this as the voucher expires beginning of april.<br> The lady advised they will have to let me know and get back to me.<br> <br> Another day later i got a call from them asking when i would like to book it, we agreed on today the 22nd of Feb at 9h00.<br> When my fiance and i arrived at 9h00 there was not a soul there.<br> <br> We waited for an hour and a half and not one person was there.<br> I sent them another facebook message asking what was going on to which i only got a response at 15:00 saying Hi <br> Sorry about this,<br> Our the******s were late and I didn't't have keys \" not even a valid attempt at fixing the problem"
