This is no Spa! Terrible service!!!

I made a booking last year at Chique Wellness Day Spa, before making the booking I confirmed that they would be able to accommodate 6 ladies simultaneously which they confirmed more than once, we went for our appointment on the 15th Dec and low and behold! They only had two the******s, I was calm the owner apologised and said her the******s did not arrive for some or other excuse, we then rescheduled for this past Saturday and AGAIN only two the******s, they were late, we were welcomed with water! Our package clearly stated we would be receiving some amazing treatment when we arrived... this did not happen on both occasions. We would receive a welcome drink.... this did not happen on both occasions! Our treatments where suddenly changed from a full body scrub to a facial?! and when I asked the receptionist for a voucher for the other 2 ladies she said it should be used within two weeks, I asked her how is it my fault that on both occasions they did not have enough the******s after promising they would? They messed up TWICE and this is my fault?! I told her to keep her voucher which I paid cash for and when we left she still made one of our ladies pay for a hot chocolate?! The service is disgusting. they do not care for clients, all they care for is money! their rooms are dirty and so are the towels - I would never ever recommend this place to anyone... we were supposed to have a relaxing day out but instead left there feeling more stressed out!
