Unprofessionalism with refund process

I am writing my second review about Chique Beauty, Masego Kunupi deposited R10K after a very long back and forth about my refund.

I then received a message from her assistant saying that the balance of R24K will be paid on month-end of June 2021. They are not responding to emails, WhatsApp and calls.

Now I have to take the legal route to get my money back from them.

I have learned a biggest lesson of my life.
