Chique beauty

I am so dissapointed in the way they treated me. I was suppose to attend a begginers make up course in Durban in late April. I therefore paid R2125.00 to secure my spot and I was to still pay the remaining balance. I then unfortunately had to cancel because I couldn't make it due to work related issues, I asked for a refund of the amount I had paid (R2125.00) and I was told I would get it month end April. Today is the 13th of May and I still haven't received anything. The owner(whom I deposited the money to) has been ignoring my emails and her PA hasn't been of much help either. I called their office and was told that the payement has been made (as per their records) but there's nothing on my side. Even my bank statement proves that. I'm still waiting and they're still ignoring me,their office number doesn't go through now and my emails are not being answered. I am really dissapointed and angry at the same time..
