Bad treatment from the team regarding my refund

I wish I came on Hello Peter first before I decided to make payments to the Chique beauty team.

Masego Kunupi beauty posted on Instagram that they help ladies who want to start their own private label skincare range. This was posted on the 24th of December 2020, I contacted her via email that she provided and then paid the initial deposit of R10 000.

Between January and April 2021, I then paid the balance.

In those months, we only had one face to face meeting. Masego's assistance Zanele doesn't reply to emails, WhatsApp messages and sometimes ignore calls. You have to ask if they did receive the payment and follow up with them, there is no initiative from their end.

I then requested a refund and since then there is been lies after lies and bad treatment since the 4th May 2021 to date.

Their accountant Lerato told me the payment was done yesterday, 11 June 2021, when I asked her this morning she asked me to confirm my banking details she wants to ensure that she made the payment to the correct account. She then blocked me on her private number and asked me to contact her via her business number that she doesn't return messages. When I asked her about the POP, she states that their head office produces the POPs.

I received bad treatment from the Chique beauty team, it was easy for them to take my money but difficult to refund me.

I just want my money back.
