Bad Service for Beauty Industry.

Good day. it is with great sadness to write this. i have paid for a beauty course at Chique Beauty by Masego Kunupi. who promised to empower young girls by giving them the opportunity to study at her School. The disappointment is the fact that i paid her for the full course which consists of: Beginners make up, acrylic nail, eye lashes and Microblading.

she has cancelled the make up classes due to covid-19 as we were supposed to work on live models and promised to refund us the balance and that was in 2020. refunds are not done as she is running away from us and her admin doesnt know what to say to us because everytime when i call her she is busy with their accountants sorting out refunds. there are schools that are open now and we would like to register with them. i have correspondence with Admin also regarding my microblading certificate only now i was told to come to their offices t collect the certificate whereas after class masego promised to courier the certificate. this is so unprofessional and all i want is my refund. i have the recording conversation between me and her admin and email correspondence regarding my course.

Can I request that since my course was R4000 and now I see that there's a special that include microblanding can I just add R2000 for microblanding?

I'm starting my nail course on the 3rd August?
