Bad delivery man sipho

Very bad service from the delivery man at chippo’s shell cnr Ferreira.

Delivery has never been an issue. We place orders all the time. When arrive they hoot and we come out to pay.

But today it was different. Sipho buzzed me once, immediately when I called he said he had already left and that he has 2 more orders to deliver and he is rushing for the bus and has no time for me.

Sipho was very rude on the phone when I mentioned that I’m going to report him he hung up on me. That time I’m told he is one of the mangers. What example is he setting if he himself he has no customer centricity.

I then drove to chippo’s to go collect even then he showed no remorse to the extent that he even told me to wait outside when I told him I’m waiting for the other manager so we can try resolve this matter.

Very bad attitude and service from sipho quite frankly I’m very disappointed considering we order for delivery all the time. Yes sometimes they mess up our order, leave out the chillie but this incident takes the cup
