ABSA Stadium Non-payment Project

Dear Sir/Madam

I trust you are well.

I am Lindile Nquma the CEO of Biocrest SA (PTY) Ltd. I would like to share my current situation with the Chairman of Chippa Holdings Mr Mpengesi regarding to the Absa Stadium in BCM. That Chippa United FC had received a 20yr lease agreement on and if they would be able to maintain it.

I would like to share my current situation with the chairman of Chippa Mr Mpengesi. The chairman had made contact with my company Biocrest SA (PTY) Ltd, to assist in grounds work at the Absa stadium. After terms had been reached with the to work and time frames, we started the ABSA Stadium Project: Rehabilitation and Restoration of Grass Turf on the 04/07/2022.

The grounds work was completed and the field was handed over on the 23/09/2022. As stipulated in our agreed upon terms and conditions, the client Mr Mpengesi would pay the balance amount due for services rendered upon completion of work but till today that agreement has not been met by the Mr Mpengesi.

We are currently embroiled in length back and forth discussion and emails, which have not been fruitful and are leading towards the requirement of legal representation and intervention with regards to this issue of non payment from the clients Mr Mpengesi side. I have proof with regards to services that were rendered at the facility, as well as said emails.

It is through things like this situation where small black business fail because of such conduct. I have written the above in the hopes of some assistance in bringing to light this blatant misconduct that has been perpetuated by Mr Mpengesi.

Awaiting your response.

Kindest regards
