THE most ***********, unreliable, bumbling bunch of people I have EVER had the misfortune to work with in my life. The general manager is dishonest and clearly has NO idea what he's doing. We had NINE people working on an account that ordered 2 or 3 items a months, the SAME 2 or 3 and STILL they couldn't get it right. We have had to close our business due the fact that they never have stock and NOTHING ANY of them say is remotely reliable. They promise to give you good service and call back etc etc and NEVER once have they followed through on a single promise. Absolutely beyond appalling. It's no wonder a colleague referred to them as "the lowest of the low".

It is truly sensational just how bad it is. Hands down the WORST service and competence I think in the entire Universe.
