Awful. **********. Useless. Unreliable. ***********

Hands down THE most appallingly *********** bunch of people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with IN MY LIFE. Truly quite remarkable how unreliable this company and their staff are. The general manager is THE most useless person on God's green earth and ALL his staff, barring possibly just one or two, follow his lead. We had NINE people working on account that involved ordering 2-3 products a month and they couldn't EVER get it right and everyone, LITERALLY everyone, I have spoken to says exactly the same thing about them. One colleague referred to them as 'the lowest of the low' and he warned us and he was not wrong. Seriously it is sensational, how bad their service is. It's in WHOLE different league of bad.

They never have stock but besides that not ONE of the people we dealt with ever knows what's going on or gives a straight answer.

Absolutely the WORST service and running of an organisation. If I had the means I would sue them, as I emphatically believe it's their lack of reliability and messing us around and not following through on ANYTHING they promise to deliver, that has caused our business to suffer to the point of shutting down.

Honestly the biggest bunch of palookas on earth! Unequivocally! I STRONGLY suggest NEVER EVER EVER making the mistake of doing business with this company. Find your supplies elsewhere!!!!!!!
