False claims

<p>I purchased a chipbox for my vehicle and started having issues from the moment I drove off their premises. Their website promises so much yet all I got was reduced performance, more lag and a poorer driving experience. An independent dyno confirmed that the chipbox unit was resulting in lower performance. When I contacted them to attend to the issues all I got was a defensive and condescending attitude and told that my car is at fault. I then went to an opposition brand and the chip tuning they provided works 100%. I paid a little extra but got a better product and better service. BTW My vehicle is perfectly fine.&nbsp;***&nbsp; and I advise people to stay away from Chipbox products and from the company that sells them, Planetron distributors.</p>
