Bad experience at the Chinese visa center in Sandton

I am very disappointed about the bad and disrespectful service I received at this centre. My visa was rejected even though I had exactly the correct documentation with me as per your instruction on the 14th of September 2020, via email. You refused to help, you refused to listen to anything my agent had to say. You are disrespectful, you cause anxiety and confusion and ultimately you play with people's lives. Some of us need to go back to China to work and to add value. You seem to make it very hard for us to do this. I demand that you give me my visa as I have all the correct documentation to get it. I also demand an apology and that you update and communicate changes to people.
