China Town Ottery: Laio butterfly mop handle broke after a month

I purchased a Laio butterfly mop for R120 on 31st May 2021, and used it 3 times until it broke on 6th July. I returned to shop B28 for a replacement or refund and was laughed at by the young Chinese manager. He said he no longer had stocks and wouldn't give any warranty. I took a photo of the broken plastic handle but don't know how to upload it. I will not return there again as product quality is very poor.
