****med by a shop posing as Spitz online

This shop poses ad SPITZ S.A. they ****med me after I ordered with them. They then promised a refund after I emailed a screen shot of what i recieved in the mail which wasnt what i orderd. It was some **** jewelery as opposed to shoes and belt i orderd. I then got an email saying they don't know me or my order. This after they apologized for losing my order and acknowledging this and offering a 10% refund! Can you imagine! We negotiated to 50 % that's when they went back on their word and denied even knowing me or our conversation. Now its as if i never orderd from them.I sent screenshots in vain. Be wary they are Chinese shops acting as if they are other shops. I was ****med
